SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Studio 09! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We deliver to all areas across South Africa. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all South African orders over R900. This will automatically be applied at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally! Estimated delivery time for international orders is 5–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Studio 09.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
